By popular demand, Rijo Athletics Baseball is making its exclusive “Coaching Quick-Start Guide” available for purchase. This is the same guide we make available during our annual Coaches Clinic.
Our 20-page guide features detailed photos explaining the drills and includes information coaches need. Some of what is covered:
Hitting: Stance and Mechanics with photos
Pitching: Mechanics, including photos of wind-up, stretch and close-up grips
(Includes Throwing Program Calendar for pitchers age 10 through high school age.)

COACHES CLINIC DVD

Coaches DVD includes hitting, pitching, fielding, catching and speed and agility. 1 hour and 45 minutes in length covering a small portion of what is available during the actual Coaches Clinic. It will include some of the main points that is discussed during our annual Coaches Clinic. If you cannot make the recommended Coaches Clinic in person, this DVD will give you some insight on how to start your training off to a great start.
